Hi Jay.

I’m writing to thank you for all the work you did for me in the buying and then selling of my house.  Thinking back to the fall of 2007, we must have looked at 30 houses in the Beaverton area.  You were so willing and patient with the process.  You never made me feel like I was a burden.  I let you know specific needs/wants that were important to me and you remembered them every time we walked through a house.  We eventually found the one that would ultimately became my home.  It really was the right choice for me and you were instrumental in making that happen.  Your help and attitude eased the stress that can come with buying a house.

Fast-forward 12 years when we met again to discuss the possibility of selling my home.  I hadn’t yet made up my mind but like before, you were patient and willing to help me whenever I was ready.  By late summer of 2020, it was time and that meant needing your time and expertise again.  You stepped up to the plate quickly to get the process underway.  You artfully juggled what seemed like dozens of requests to show the house.  You never lost patience with me or any of the potential buyers and their agents.

I’m no longer in Oregon but as I wait to move into my new house, I can’t help but think how much more fun it would be if you were assisting me.  Anyone looking for a home in your area would benefit from having you as their agent.  Reliable, honest, trustworthy, and caring are words that come to mind when thinking about you, the real estate agent and human being.
